Pinup Fairy #1

"Pinup Fairy #1" is an original OOAK hand sculpted 6-1/2" (if standing) figurative art doll. She is sculpted from ProSculpt Professional Polymer Clay. Her hair is hand dyed genuine 100% mohair with a touch of highlighting at one side of her head and is styled to look as if it's blowing in a light breeze. Her facial details including her eyes and all her nails are hand painted using Genesis Heat Set Oil Paints. She is lightly blushed in all the right places. Each eyelash is individually hand applied. Her clothing is sculpted using Fimo polymer clay and is detailed using a mix of Genesis Oil Paints and Pearl Ex Powders. The special details of her costume are made from various trims and has an added touch of genuine peacock feathers. Her headdress is also made using genuine peacock feathers which are also applied to her beautiful imitation cicada wings. Her right hand is adorned with a delicate "gold" ring. She was sculpted paying strict attention to even the tiniest details.

The base is constructed using a 2-1/2" square by 2-1/2" tall simulated crystal container with a pillow top made from satin fabric and eyelash trim. The pillow is lightly stuffed leaving the firm support of the top for the doll to sit upon. The overall height of the piece is 6-1/2". As an added bonus, the doll may be carefully removed and the pillow top can be unscrewed from the crystal base revealing the "secret" compartment where a special item such as a ring or piece of jewelry could be placed for safe keeping.

"Pinup Fairy #1" comes with the base included and comes signed and dated with CK-09 under the hairline on the back of her neck. She also comes with a signed special photo certificate of authenticity assuring that she is a true OOAK.
